Lab Three Roll Grinding machine

QC-S65/T65 three-roller grinder is mainly used in pre-stage experiment for various kinds of liquid pastes such as paint, ink, pigment, plastic, foodstuff etc. (unsuitable for grinding of pigment with acid/alkaline
component to corrode rollers) to provide correct data for production in large scale.
The machine realizes grinding by inter-squeezing and rubbing of surfaces of three rollers arranged
horizontally in different speeds. Normally materials to be ground twice can meet requirement bur hard-
ground material should be ground by multiple times to reach its requirement. The processed fineness can
reach about 3~18µm (measured by fineness board).
